Every skipper knows that this kind of cumulus mean the end of a low pressure front. Probably it won't rain at least for 6-12 hours. Curiously, the tempest passed before sunrise at the same time when my father died this day 9 years ago. My balcony is a great place for observing the sky and predict whether forecast and of course for thinking too.
